• Announce the Engagement in the Newspaper{s} and/or Send Out Announcements
• Coordinate an Engagement Party
• Purchase Gifts for the Bridal Party
• Coordinate the Bachelor/Bacheloretter Parties or Weekend Trips
• Coordinate a Bridesmaids/Bridal Luncheon
• Coordinate the  Rehearsal Dinner, if not included in your package
• Plan Activities or Special Events for Out-Of-Town Guests
• Book Hotel Accommodations and Travel Arrangements for Out-Of-Town Guests
• Negotiate Special Rate Room Blocks for Out-Of-Town Guests, if not included in your package
• Create and Distribute Unique Welcome Gift Basket Ideas for Out- Of-Town Guests
• Coordinate Next Day Breakfast or Brunch
• Take Wedding Gown to Cleaners and/or Provide Wedding Gown Preservation Kit
• Return Groom's Formal Wear to Rental Company
